I found the hotel to be in a lovely natural setting along the Northern Range of Trinidad and Tobago, although it may need some updates for open-air dining. The rooms, although we had some initial hiccups with the room type, were well-kept and provided great value. The service was exceptional, with hospitable and considerate staff who went the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The dining was a pleasant experience with a good variety of flavors, although not perfect. Overall, a really nice stay with a few minor areas for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with modern amenities; however, there was a noticeable fume smell. The service, especially from the Herb and Spices staff and receptionist Gizelle, was exceptional with courteous and helpful staff. The location provides a beautiful view of Port of Spain, but the dining options were limited for specific dietary preferences.
The hotel offers bright rooms with big comfortable beds and excellent facilities. Despite not being assigned 'executive rooms', my non-executive room card allowed access to the lounge. The staff, especially Mr Shameen Mohammed, was very friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any issues. The location, although well-manicured and eco-friendly, had a child's birthday party atmosphere and was a bit outside the city. The dining experience was disappointing, with limited food variety and impolite staff. However, the hotel's stunning location and friendly service made it a decent choice for both work and leisure stays.

My new room was beautiful with all the amenities provided. The service could be more efficient, especially during check-in, as it often feels rushed and inefficient. Nevertheless, the location offered a spectacular view of Port of Spain, providing a serene experience. The dining options were varied, but the breakfast could have had more vegetarian choices. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with some room for improvement in service and dining.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were very clean and impressive, especially with the view from the balconies. I loved the bathroom and a half setup. The service was friendly, the bed was great, and the room was nice and clean. The location was excellent, ideal for both business and leisure travelers with lovely views of the Port of Spain. The dining experience was fine overall. One highlight was the spectacular view from the hotel at night.
